Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid one-off advisory sessions booked with Kira Read.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your session once at no additional cost, provided you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Use the rescheduling link in your booking confirmation email.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be treated as late cancellations and are not eligible for a refund or complimentary rescheduling, except where required by law.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session and missed sessions are non-refundable. This reflects the time reserved for your session and any preparation completed beforehand.

Refunds are processed promptly but may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late and haven't contacted me, the session may be treated as a no-show.

If I need to cancel

If I need to cancel or reschedule your session, you can choose between a new time or a full refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
