One-off Product Marketing Session Terms

These terms apply to the One-off Product Marketing Session provided by Kira Read (ABN 84 105 440 645).
They apply only to this bookable session. Bespoke consulting projects and other services will be governed by the relevant proposal, quote or agreement.

The session
The service includes:
- review of the brief and materials you submit before the session;
- one 30-minute online product marketing session;
- short written follow-up notes after the session.
The session can cover a product marketing challenge, decision, draft or work in progress, including positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, launches, website copy or sales enablement.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the session does not include implementation, additional research, finished creative assets or further consulting after the written notes have been provided.
Booking and payment
The total price is displayed before you confirm your booking. The current price is A$150 AUD.
Payment is collected through Stripe at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a booking confirmation.
Your brief and materials
To help make the session useful, you will be asked to provide a short brief and any materials you would like me to review.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- the information you provide is accurate and relevant;
- links and documents are accessible;
- you have permission to share the materials with me;
- the materials do not unlawfully disclose another person's confidential information or intellectual property.
The usefulness of the session may be limited if the brief is incomplete, inaccurate or provided too late for reasonable review.
AI transcription
With your consent, I may use Notion AI Meeting Notes to transcribe the session and assist with preparing the written follow-up notes.
AI transcription is optional. If you do not consent, the session can proceed without it.
AI-generated transcripts and summaries may contain errors. I review and edit the written notes before sharing them with you.
Personal information and transcripts are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Confidentiality
I will treat non-public materials and business information you provide as confidential and use them only to prepare for and deliver the session, produce follow-up notes, administer the booking or meet legal obligations.
Information may be processed by the service providers identified in the Privacy Policy.
This obligation does not apply to information that is already public, was lawfully known to me, was independently developed, or must be disclosed by law.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the materials and information you provide.
I retain ownership of my pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, processes and general professional knowledge.
You may use the advice and written notes produced for you for your own internal business purposes. You may not sell or distribute the notes, frameworks or materials as a standalone product without my permission.
Advice and outcomes
The session provides product marketing advice based on the information available at the time. It does not guarantee a particular commercial, financial, sales or marketing outcome.
You remain responsible for your business decisions and for reviewing, adapting and implementing any recommendations.
The session does not provide legal, financial, accounting or tax advice.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Rescheduling, cancellation, late arrival, no-show and refund arrangements are governed by the separate Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms or the Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction in Victoria.
Changes to these terms
The version of these terms displayed and accepted when you book will apply to that booking.
